As the lead of EYDR project, SCiDEV hosted a Steering Committee Meeting to plan ahead the roles of each partner in each of the deliverables of WP3 and to prepare for the annual report of the EYDR project.
Blerjana Bino, Executive Director of SCiDEV, acknowledged the contributions of various partners, particularly SHARE Foundation, the Belgrade Centre for Human Rights, and UZOR, in the finalization of WP2, while outlining midterm reporting requirements that include financial documentation and narrative reports. She emphasized the importance of timely submissions, proposing that partners directly enter their communication activities into the system.
Jesmina Sengla, Project Coordinator at SCiDEV discussed the timeline for Work Package 3, suggesting deadline adjustments for the Youth Digital Democracy Accelerator program and the Digital Democracy Workshop Series to ensure quality deliverables.
Further discussions included detailed planning for the Oviedo workshop, where SCiDEV proposed specific outputs from the workshop and a task division among each partner.
The meeting was concluded on a positive note by YOUROPIA representative, Simone Lucchi, who shared logistical tips for the co-design workshop participants.
